✨ Our Return & Exchange Guidelines:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
- Only 50ML perfume bottles are eligible for return/exchange.
- At least 90% of the perfume must remain in the bottle.
- Processing time for returns/exchanges is 5–6 working days.
- This policy applies only to online purchases.
⚠️ Conditions & Charges (if applicable):
- If the box is missing or damaged, a small fee may apply.
- If the perfume is used up to 10%, a minor deduction may apply.
- If more than 10% is used, the product is not eligible for return/exchange.
We kindly request you to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth process.
